Founded in 1983 as a capital advisory firm, we transitioned to direct investments. We expanded to S. Korea in 2009, opening our office in Seoul. Today, our Korean team advises and invests on behalf of 30 + institutional firms with over $100 billion is AUM.
Lavco Group’s direct access to investments consist of a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio of multifamily, hotel and golf resort lifestyle properties in California and Europe. Our energy team focuses on EPC and investments in battery power generation, wind, solar and renewable fuels. Our credit and debt platforms focus on providing US banks with Tier 1 capital liquidity and providing CRE developers an easier and cheaper way to fund construction projects.
